Conversion

This morning at church my Pastor talked about "Conversion". It seems that conversion is something I never really thought about. I sat today and took notes on the sermon and did my own thing and I was thinking as he was wrapping up the message, about my own life. I thought about this past weekend and the change I experienced along with the future I am looking forward to having. It appears to me in my own mind that this was a Conversion of sorts. I wanted to live for God my whole life and was always taken to church but I never invested and I never hung on. In this church I have invested my time and efforts every chance I get and I love it. Don't get me wrong, that helps alot with staying close to God but there is so much more to it that I wasn't doing. I never invested my time into my walk with God, I just invested it in my church. After this weekend, its changed, now I invest in my walk with God and with being his Son. I now know what a true christian conversion is all about, I am living it right now! I'm so excited about recieving the fruits of my walk with God. I'm looking forward to my future in God and my future in my church. I am so blessed to have the church family I do, they never give up on me and always lift me up. Thanks for checkin in!
